bhaggo Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the company operating the bhaggo platform and every registered member who uses the service. By browsing the website, registering an account, or using any service, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

1.2 Definitions

The key terms used in this document have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — bhaggo's website, mobile app, and all related digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who has created an account in their own name on bhaggo.
• "Account" — the individual account assigned to each member on the platform.
• "Bonus" — any financial benefit or incentive provided by bhaggo.
• "Wagering" — the process of meeting specified conditions before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

1.3 Right to Amend the Terms

bhaggo reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change is considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on bhaggo, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Any attempt by an underage person to open an account will be cancelled immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be suspended or permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Accounts operated from the same IP address or device will be subject to review.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration — including name, mobile number, and payment method details — must be true, accurate, and up to date. bhaggo reserves the right to cancel any account opened with false or incorrect information at any time. 2.4 Account Security

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account login details secure. Sharing passwords or OTPs with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, bhaggo's support team must be notified immediately via 24/7 live chat.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bhaggo is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name — use of third-party accounts will not be accepted and the funds may not be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal payment methods are also bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Using the same mobile number for both deposits and withdrawals is recommended, though bhaggo may request verification if needed.

3.3 Transaction Verification

bhaggo may request additional information or documents to verify identity for any deposit or withdrawal request. If the member does not provide the information in time, the transaction may remain on hold. Unusual transactions are closely monitored to prevent money laundering.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bhaggo offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — in this example, the wagering requirement would be ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the original bonus amount — for the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳5,000 × 20 = ৳1,00,000. Wagering requirements may have a time limit; the specific conditions for each bonus will be stated in that bonus's individual description.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to misuse a bonus through multiple accounts, consistently low-risk betting, or any other method, bhaggo reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and suspend the account. Each bonus offer applies only once.

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, though bhaggo may decide in the user's favour in certain cases. If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, bhaggo reserves the right to correct it to the accurate price, or to void it and return the applicable stake.

5.2 Odds and Results

For sports betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final. Results for sporting events are taken from neutral and official sources. In the event of a dispute over a result, bhaggo's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Technical Interruptions

If an internet connection is lost or a device issue occurs, the status of any ongoing bet or game will be determined based on data stored on the server. bhaggo does not accept liability in such situations.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for personal gain.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to use the service with a false identity or altered documents.

6.1 Tiers and Benefits

The bhaggo VIP programme has three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback is provided at each level: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

6.2 Tier Progression

Members have the opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on consistent activity and betting. bhaggo reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time and members will be duly informed of any changes.

6.3 Cashback Policy

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the amount remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Cashback is added to the account every Monday and its own wagering requirements apply.

bhaggo believes that gambling is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. Any member who feels that gambling is having a negative impact on their life should read our Responsible Gaming Guidelines and set their own limits.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member may request a temporary or permanent suspension of their own account. This request can be made via 24/7 live chat or email. Attempting to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will be considered a breach of the terms.

7.2 Protection of Minors

Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Adult members who use a shared family device are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access their account.

• Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Member's Rights

Any member who wishes to close their account may request to do so through the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance, subject to wagering requirements, will be returned.

bhaggo is not liable for any loss suffered by a member due to technical errors, server outages, disruption to third-party services, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. bhaggo is not liable in any way for financial losses arising from a user's own betting decisions. Maximum liability will in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

10.1 Third-Party Links

bhaggo is not responsible for the content or security of any external links or information that may appear on the platform. The decision to use any external service is entirely at the member's own discretion.

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If a dispute arises regarding a transaction, a bet result, or the quality of service, bhaggo's support team must be contacted first via 24/7 live chat. Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident, otherwise they will not be considered.

11.2 Final Decision

12.1 Severability

If any clause of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue in full force. The invalid clause will be replaced by an equivalent enforceable provision.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the individual terms of each bonus offer together form the complete agreement between bhaggo and the member. No prior oral or written discussions supersede this document.
